OAKLAND, Calif.—Authorities have released the identities of a teenage boy and man shot and killed outside a Boys & Girls Club in Oakland.

Police on Monday identified the victims as 15-year-old Denzell Jones and 35-year-old Kanem Ayers, both of Oakland.

Police say Jones, a high school student, and Ayers, knew each other and were together outside the club located in west Oakland when someone with a gun approached them and began shooting late Saturday night.

The two were pronounced dead at the scene.

Police still have not established a motive. No one was inside the club at the time of the shooting.

No arrests have been made.
