The two would-be candy swipers were captured on video surveillance as they approached the Hesperia warehouse of Candy Crate, a retro sweets seller, on Friday.
The two men broke a large window then fled.
Candy Crate operations manager Randi Caporale (capp-oh-RAL'-ay) tells the Victorville Daily Press ( http://bit.ly/1exGr7Q) an alarm went off that likely scared away the thieves, and "not even a Blow Pop" was taken.
Caporale says the warehouse is "in the middle of nowhere so maybe they thought they'd come in and get their candy on."
The 10,000-foot warehouse is open to the public but the company sells nearly all its classic candy online.
