1. The Eel River Valley All Stars circle the basepaths in celebration of their District 26 Championship in Junior Division Softball on July 1st at Rohner Park. The local girls won the title with their 3-2 win over Mckinleyville and advance to the state tournament in Wheatland on the 16th.

2. Caylin Crivello came through with a terrific effort on the mound in the championship game for the ERV All Stars last week on the 1st. Crivello gave up only 3 hits, struck out 4 batters, in her complete game performance as ERV claimed the district championship with their 3-2 win over Mckinleyville.

3. Great defense paced the ERV All Stars in last weeks championship game at Rohner Park versus the Mckinleyville All Stars. Here Calley Bonnickson deftly handles a grounder and looks to 1st base to gun down the runner. ERV combined defense, pitching and timely hitting to claim the district softball championship, 3-2.
