The Slades and Johnson's took the Division I title at the Redwood Empire Golf and Country Club's Modified Scramble Saturday, May 10. A total of 21 four-person teams competed. The team of Jim and Linda Slade, along with Lynn and Jim Johnson, took the title with a 36-under-par 108. Two best net balls of the foursome count on each hole.

Taking second in this division at 110 were Mike and Paul Mullan with Marty Casillas and Karen Griffith. Third place belonged to Don Nolan Sr., Doris Nolan and Wally and Judie Hufford. at 32-under 112.

In Division II Open Division, the team of Dustin Hurst, Larry LaFrance, Tim Silva and Rob Sirrine won with a 40-under score of 104.

Three teams tied for second at 33-under 111: Mike Stringer, Owen Peck, Sandro Boldrini and John Muno; Keith and Cole DeMello with John Henry and Chuck Schager; and Bob Porter, Johnny Johnson, Steve Hutchings and Justin Biondini.

Three teams tied for fifth at 31-under 113: Mike Angelel; Jeff Jacobs, Tim Foster and Rich Gromer; Jeff and Laurie Arneson and Buddy and Kathy Salizzoni; and Wade and Gary Peters with Roy and Denise Winkelhaus.
