The 7,250 square foot Mediterranean style property has six-bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It features a professional grade kitchen, wine cellar, gym, and three car garage among many other amenities.
Not far from the San Jose Country Club, the home was built in 2008 and was purchased in 2014 for $2.3 million, according to public records. Robert R. Fernandez with Altas Realty handled the sale.
Davis, who played for the 49ers between 2006-2015, was traded to the Denver Broncos mid-season in 2015 and is currently playing for the Washington Redskins. Davis also sold another San Jose estate in 2015.
