A pair of Humboldt County residents were arrested in Red Bluff early Saturday morning transporting over a 100 pounds of marijuana.
Ryan Michael Tullai, 27, and Sage Chari Vallot, 22, were taken to Tehama County Jail and booked on transporting and possession of marijuana charges, Red Bluff Police Department officials said. Tullai was also driving on a suspended license.
According to officials, officers pulled a vehicle over at about 4 a.m. at the intersection of Antelope Boulevard and Rio Street. Tullai was identified as the driver and Vallot as the passenger. During a search of the vehicle, officers found over 100 pounds of processed marijuana.
