NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fortuna City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, Jan. 6, 2014, at 6 p.m. in the Fortuna City Council Chambers, 621 11th St. in Fortuna, California to consider a recommendation by the Planning Commission to amend the Fortuna General Plan 2030 Residential Land Use Designations to Replace Land Use Density Ranges with Maximum Densities.

The public is invited to attend the Public Hearing, to ask questions or comment on the proposed project. Information on the project is available for review at the Community Development Department at City Hall, 621 11th St., on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Written comments may be submitted to the City Planner on or before the day of the meeting.
