Dear Editor,

Your idiot Judge's fine of SKH is enough to bankrupt the company several times over. The Constitution was established to "promote the general welfare.” The fine may lead to 14,000 employees losing their jobs and another 20,000 plus patients losing their source of care. Sounds unconstitutional to me. Definitely does not promote general welfare nor serve any humanitarian purpose. Jail the management if he wishes, but don't destroy employees, patients, and stakeholders, just be prove he's a big man. California is definitely not a friendly place for business, unless one can grow and sell pot.
