The church maintains regular Sunday services with doors open at 9:30 a.m. for coffee and fellowship. The actual service begins at 10 and goes to 11 a.m. A Children's Ministry is also available with two Sunday school groups offered for children ages 1-12. Both groups begin following the Sunday morning music service and last until services end.

Thursday's 10:30 a.m. Women's Prayer and Share Time led by Linda Mason continues with videos in the Beth Moore series, “Summoned from the Sheepfold.” Join us as we learn to be like David, "a man after God's own heart.” Men's Thursday night Bible Study at 7 p.m. at 3075 Campton Heights Drive.
Saturday 4:30 p.m., a baby shower honoring Hallelujah Lyons and her Oct. 14 arrival of to join her parents J.P. and Lacy Lyons will be held in Trinity Hall, 3655 Trinity Street.
Sunday school for all ages is offered at 9:30 a.m. Jean Nichols will be teaching the Adults Class in the sanctuary studying God's Priorities and Values, with key verse being Matthew 22:39, " Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself." We'll meet and greet at 10:30 a.m. followed by worship in song led by Mike Gibbs backed up by Jenni Gibbs and Jeannette Wheeler.
Marrilee Goins, Peruvian Missionary, daughter of Omar and Rosmary Goins, one time resident of Ferndale will make a presentation at the 11 a.m. service. She has worked with Wycliffe Bible Translators in providing medical care to the Peruvian People for many years.
The Church opens at 5:30 p.m. for private prayer. 6 p.m. service with will begin with congressional worship in song followed by sermon and testimonies.
Tuesday 2 p.m. the Quilting Ladies will meet in the Sewing Room. Enter through the last door off the parking lot.
Wednesday 7 p.m. Bible Study will continue in the Book of Luke under the direction of Assistant Pastor the Rev. Dee Neher. Karen Nichols will treat the kids to Likeable Learning in Kids Club.

4. Hydesville Community Church
The Hydesville Community Church will hold a Senior Luncheon at noon on Nov. 3 at the church. Then on Nov. 6, the church will hold Compassion Sunday. On Nov. 18, the church will sponsor a Christian Outdoorsmen Wild Game Dinner at the Fortuna River Lodge. Doors open 4:30 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m. For details, call 768-3767. 5. Fortuna United Methodist Church
This Saturday evening, we will celebrate with a dinner in honor of our 125th anniversary. Call the church office, 725-4914, for reservations. Then on Sunday, Nov. 6, the church will celebrate “All Saints Sunday.” We expect some former pastors at the service with opening of the time capsule after the service. The community is invited to both events. The United Methodist Women are presenting an Artisan Craft Fair on Nov. 12 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Corner Café will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., serving an inexpensive lunch and dessert. 6. Fortuna Church of the Nazarene
Pastor Richard Gatlin, Fortuna Church of the Nazarene, will preach at the 9:30 a.m. services, which open with contemporary music and congressional singing. Join us in our practice of Psalms 5:11-12, "But let all who take refuge in You be glad.”
Sunday School for all ages follows refreshments in Solid Grounds Cafe. Tuesday Sisters will meet at 10:30 a.m. in the Book Room. Wednesday night 6 p.m. Fellowship Dinners have resumed followed at 7 p.m. by Bible Study with pastor Gatlin teaching the adults. Jackie Lipscomb's ladies group will again resume meeting Wednesday Nights. There will be classes for the children, mid-teens/hi-school.
