On Saturday night after the Bob Weird show at the Muni, Eureka's Red Fox Tavern just down the street will boast an electro-soul dance party with local stars Peace of Mind Orchestra. The price of admission was not determined by press time.

Inspired by the music of Eastern Europe and founded in 1979, the Oakland-based vocal ensemble Kitka will take their show to Arcata for a Sunday evening performance at the 'Playhouse. “Under the co-direction of Shira Cion, Juliana Graffagna and Janet Kutulas since 1997, Kitka has grown to earn recognition from the National Endowment for the Arts, Chorus America and the American Choral Directors' Association as one of this country's premier touring vocal ensembles,” according to the announcement. Arcata Playhouse members will be admitted for $3 less.
