EPD: Victim robbed at knifepoint

Press release from the Eureka Police Department:

On Thursday at about 1:41 a.m., officers responded to the report of an armed robbery at a bus stop near the intersection of 4th and H Streets. The victim reported that he was robbed at knifepoint by a male and two female subjects. Based on the descriptions given to officers by the victim, officers located the suspects near 15th and Broadway Streets. They were positively identified by the victim during an in-field line-up. Amanda O'Callaghan (27) and Derrick Asher (21) both of Eureka were arrested for robbery. The second female was sent on her way as she was not directly involved. The victim's stolen backpack and checkbook were recovered by officers.
