Two people parked in a car with a blanket over the windows near the Fairhaven boat ramp were arrested by a deputy after a search of the car revealed meth, marijuana, hash and painkillers, according to a Humboldt County Sheriff's Office press release.
Fortuna resident Susan Yvette Crowl, 38, and Dusty Wayne Titus, 28, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession for sale of a controlled substance, possession of concentrated cannabis and drug paraphernalia and taken to the Humboldt County jail.
Confiscated in the search: More than 1 gram of methamphetamine, 15 grams of hash and 47 Oxycontin pills.
Crowl was also booked on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine.
Titus, who identified himself to the deputy as a transient on probation out of Siskiyou County who had recently been released on his own recognizance from Humboldt County jail, was also booked on suspicion of violating his probation, according to the release.
Their bail was set at $50,000.
