A Natural Health Symposium will be held on Saturday at the Fortuna Monday Club. The event is being put on by Boterra Essential Oils, and the first 10 people to check in at the Symposium will receive a free sample of Wild Orange Essential Oil.

According to Deborah Ciarabellini, a consultant for Boterra Essential Oils, "This oil is great for depression, boosting your energy, and immunity. You can simply place a drop of it in a glass of water and drink it. The results are amazing."

Ciarabellini's home-based business, Healthy Smellies, is located in Fortuna. She says that using essential oils is a great way to use natural treatments for ailments without the side effects of other products.

The symposium is free and those in attendance will be able to sample all of the essential oils on site and hear presentations by doctors and essential oil experts.

The event kicks off with check in from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. There will be information about essential oils and diabetes, attention deficit disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
