Shenanigans are defined as silly or high-spirited behaviors and that's just what's in store for those who attend the Knights of Columbus, Redwood Council's annual fundraiser. Celebrate St. Patrick's Day at this event which will take place Sunday, March 17 at the Fortuna River Lodge and Conference Center.

Doors open at 4 p.m. and attendees can enjoy a traditional corned beef and cabbage dinner served at 5 p.m. A portion of the proceeds will be used to award two scholarships in June.

The fundraiser starts with traditional Irish dance entertainment by the Emerald Coast Dancers, and also includes a silent auction and pot o' gold drawing. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for the wee Leprechauns. Purchase tickets at Beverage Plus Foods in Fortuna or at the door. For more information, call Kevin Johnson at 725-9303.
