All visitors are welcome. The Sept. 28 meeting will present a program on "PALCO Logging" hosted by Jack Coleman.
1. Donna Queen's photo "Full Moon Setting" was taken from her driveway, between Alton and Hydesville, at 5:11 a.m. on July 2 just as the moon was setting. Donna was looking toward Rio Dell and Scotia. Donna and her husband Ron Queen are avid photographers and are noted for their underwater photography. They are the owners of the First Rate Property Management Co. on Main St. in Fortuna. They travel extensively and their latest trip to Zion National Park provided wonderful images that are on display at their office and at the Mad River Hospital show in Arcata, and will soon be on display at Redwood Memorial Hospital. The Queens work together, have found an interest in photography together, and they make quite a great team.
