Oops, America did it again. Turns out it's not growing as fast as it thought.

In the end of January, the Commerce Department reported that the last quarter of 2013 brought the strongest consumer spending in three years. Now, the department is revising that number — and the Gross Domestic Product overall — and things are not quite as good as they thought. How much of a difference is there?
