The Alzheimer's Resource Center (a program of the Humboldt Senior Resource Center) is offering the following support groups to caregivers coping with all types of illnesses and caregiving situations:

Arcata: Tuesday, Aug. 7, 10-11 a.m., Mad River Community Hospital, Minkler Education Room, 3800 Janes Road, Arcata.

Eureka: Tuesday, Aug. 7, noon to 1 p.m., Timber Ridge Assisted Living Center, 2740 Timber Ridge Lane, Eureka.

Garberville: Wednesday, Aug. 8, 1-2 p.m., Heart of the Redwoods, Hospice Community, 464 Maple Lane, Garberville.

Ferndale: Wednesday, Aug. 8, 4-5 p.m., St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 795 Berding St., Ferndale.

The Alzheimer's Resource Center serves Humboldt and Del Norte counties and is a program of the Humboldt Senior Resource Center.
