The Eureka Chamber Music Series presents the young Russian pianist Daria Rabotkina 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Calvary Lutheran Church, 716 South Ave., Eureka, the last of the Series' performances for the season. A winner of the Concert Artists Guild International Competition, Rabotkina has appeared as a soloist with the San Francisco and New World Symphonies as well as with the Kirov Orchestra and Valery Gergiev in a four-concert North American tour. Whether in front of an orchestra, in the recital hall or in a chamber music setting, Rabotkina impresses audiences and critics alike with her "clearly prodigious musical gifts," according to the Washington Post. Friday's program will feature J.S. Bach/F.Busoni's Chaconne in D minor; Robert Schumann's Humoreske in B-flat Major, Op. 20 and 10 pieces from Sergei Prokofiev's "Romeo and Juliet", Op. 75.
